Significant Voices - How I maintain accountability in life and leadership

I spend tremendous effort, resources, and time maintaining both lifestyle and leadership accountability. I want to share with you how that works, so you can understand the strategy that God has given me which I feel follows a Biblical model and missional mandate. Those that maintain accountability and advisement with me walk with me voluntarily. They can speak to my motives and trust me. We may not agree or share the exact same thoughts on all matters, but what is important is that they know the scriptures, and that they know me deeply.

My leadership structure consists of an apostolic council. This council is varying voices that fall into 2 categories, accountability and advisement.

Steve and Sally Wilson are trusted fathering voices that led Coral and I through deep healing. They have become a fathering and mothering sound to my ministry, and my heart is accountable them, as is my leadership. Steve serves on the East Gate Kingdom Fellowship board of directors. Mike and Andrea Brewer have had some of the most dramatic impact on Coral and I, walking us through intense inner healing and deliverance since we left our previous spiritual camp in October 2022 and started pioneering East Gate Jacksonville. I have never found truer co-laborers, friends, and mentors. I often hear Heavenly Father speaking through the wisdom this couple carries. The way God connected us was simply His divine orchestration. We have happily said yes. Mike is in my opinion, the predominant voice in deliverance in the earth. He currently serves on my board of directors. You can learn more about him here.

Tom and Lyly Ledbetter are some of our dearest friends. Tom has been a strong voice of advisement in my life since 2021. He and I have been called, "Two sides of the same coin" and that reality helps me see things from a perspective I would normally miss. Tom carries honor in his interactions, is of an excellent reputation, and Lyly brings wisdom and discernment into our dealings. Coral and I love and honor them. Dr. Wayland Henderson is one of the most attune apostolic and prophetic voices in my life. Wayland's ministry in Texas most closely matches how we are building in Florida more than any other ministry I have seen. Wayland helps me answer tough theological question and serves as our department head of Theology for The School of Encounter. Though Wayland doesn't technically serve on my board, he continually offers advisement. Learn more about Wayland here

Rhema Trayner is one of my best friends, and one of the most passionate and humble people I have ever known. She continually challenges me and I consider her constantly bringing me apostolic advisement. Though she is too busy carrying the message of the kingdom around the world for me to maintain a deep level of accountability with her, but her writings and our friendship provide a constant back drop for me to weigh the revelation the Lord Jesus is asking me to steward.
