The Holy Spirit Encounter
Dr. Joshua's journey into the nations began with a powerful baptism in the Holy Spirit while ministering in Northern Ireland. That encounter lit a fire in him, sending him to the Northeastern United States after high school to mentor with Victory Center Church, where he began moving in signs and wonders.
Today's Mission
Today, Dr. Joshua is the founder of Kingdom Champions College, dedicated to raising up leaders for the nations. He also serves as the Senior Leader of East Gate Jacksonville—a Kingdom center positioned at the East Gate of the United States, where the gospel first arrived on American shores.

Dr Joshua leads sons and daughters of God in the best practices of spiritual sonship to connect with himself or others as fathering leaders. The principles and safe place of learning these things facilitate expedited spiritual inheritance that reaches to the international level. Dr Joshua has been fathering leaders for over a decade on multiple continents.

As the Senior Leader at East Gate, Dr. Todd guides the spiritual growth and development of the community, fostering an environment of faith, love, and discipleship.
Chancellor at Kingdom Champions College
A new wine educational model that allows students to matriculate credit of their training stages in ministry and apply to programs offering bachelor, masters, and doctorates in aspects of Kingdom Leadership.
Healing Streams
Through Healing Streams, Dr. Todd and the team ministers internationally to those in need of physical, emotional, and spiritual healing as well as deliverance, bringing hope and restoration to many lives.
The International School of Encounter
The School of Encounter provides disciples an opportunity to receive impartation and sound theological equipping from many Spirit-Filled instructors, leading to a life of encounter with Jesus. This powerful hybrid model continues the Wagner leadership model of making ministers that both "Do" and "Teach" the Kingdom of God that Christ desires believers to walk in fulfilling the great commission.
Apostolic Elder at The Well Global Alliance
The Well Global Alliance is an alliance built on community and relationships. You are not just a number nor here to just receive credentials, but you are entering into a relational support team. We build each other up, equip leaders, and send them out to raise up more leaders.
Fathering the Prophetic
Dr Joshua is actively mentoring 60 prophetic leaders in the USA and Australia to carry the Father's heart into the world by stewarding the prophetic at varying levels. These leaders learn healthy prophetic protocols, how to lead prophetically, how to work with apostolic leaders, and how to fulfill prevailing intercessions to the glory of God. These leaders also learn how to build and operate within healthy prophetic community so that it reaches up into the wider body of Christ.

Orphan Heart Syndrome: The Quiet Sabotage of Sonship
There’s a fracture in the foundation of many hearts that often goes undetected, especially in the Church. It hides beneath giftedness, behind leadership titles, even under the language of faith. But it slowly poisons covenant, chokes out belonging, and sabotages the inheritance of sons and daughters. I call it Orphan Heart Syndrome. And make no mistake: it’s not just a feeling but rather it's a posture. A deeply ingrained way of surviving that resists being fathered, aligning healthily or truly remaining connected.
The Key of Knowledge: Knowing by Encounter, Unlocking by Intimacy
We are not in a war over information. We’re in a war over encounter. The battle isn’t about what we know—it’s about how we know. And in the words of Jesus, the religious leaders weren’t just misinformed—they were misaligned with the source of revelation itself: “Woe to you experts in the law! You have taken away the key of knowledge; you yourselves did not enter, and you hindered those who were entering.” — Luke 11:52 Jesus wasn’t confronting ignorance—He was confronting a counterfeit way of knowing. They had the scrolls, but not the Spirit. They taught truth, but didn’t enter the reality of it. And worse—they blocked others from entering as well.
The Keys of David and Daniel: Unlocking Governmental Authority in the Kingdom
We’re standing at a threshold. The Spirit is not just inviting us to ministry—He’s summoning us into governance. Jesus didn’t build a religion; He inaugurated a Kingdom. And with that Kingdom come keys—real keys—delegated to those who have been refined for rulership, not just service. For too long we’ve confused platform access with governmental access. But gates don’t respond to gifting—they respond to keys. And in Scripture, two figures give us a framework for understanding the kind of Kingdom authority the Ekklesia is meant to carry: David and Daniel. These aren’t just historical profiles—they’re governmental prototypes.
